Behaviour change
Most businesses have now made some sort of formal commitment to sustainability. But having a policy or strategic commitment doesn’t necessarily mean that the business will change how it does things in relation to sustainability.
To generate real behaviour change, the business will have to bridge the gap between policy and practice – often referred to as “the implementation gap”.
By taking a NetPositive approach, we enable the organisation to spend time focusing on its positive contribution to society as well as managing negative impacts. This focus on the positive helps change the dynamics of the organisation. People get enthused and confident about the positive impact they are seeing, which, in turn, makes them want to change.
