Behaviour change management programme for EAUC

What

We were retained by the EAUC to work with colleges and universities in Scotland as part of a behaviour change management pilot.

This involved us working on behalf of the EAUC with the institutions’ leadership teams to refine and develop thinking about their approach to sustainability. 

The project included the delivery of workshops and training for staff and sustainability, leadership and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD).

Results

The programme was very well received and the independent evaluation report particularly focused on the contribution of ESD Consulting as one of the highlights.

As part of the programme we particularly encouraged the institutions to work more closely together for the benefit of the local community.
